Ryan Lay is the executive director of Skate After School and is also a professional skateboarder sponsored by Welcome Skateboards, Altamont, Etnies, CCS Skate and Krux trucks. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in public administration from Northern Arizona University. He grew up in Mesa, Arizona and has been skateboarding for over 20 years.

Tim Ward is the program director of Skate After School. He was formerly the skateboard program director for Woodward West Summer Camp and has over ten years of experience working with youth skateboard programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Arizona State University. He was raised in Chicago, Illinois, moved to Arizona in 2006, and has been skateboarding for over 20 years.

Bobby Green is owner and founder of the local valet company Go Green Valet. He is also the co-owner of the local skateboard clothing company Pyramid Country. He is an Arizona native, holds a degree in history from Arizona State University and has been a part of the Arizona skate scene for over 20 years.
